General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") govern the use of the Finis.hu internet portal (hereinafter: the Website), which provides a TOTP password generation service to users. The service is provided by Toys.hu Kft. (1029 Budapest, Méh utca 3., hereinafter: the Service Provider). By using the Website, you, as the user (hereinafter: User), accept the terms set out in these GTC. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue to use the services of the Website and leave the Website.

1. Description of the Service

The Website is an online platform that generates TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) codes for users. The service is free of charge, and no registration is required to use the Website. The service does not request or store any personal data.

2. Data Processing and Privacy

No personal data is requested or stored during the use of the Website. The service we provide is completely anonymous. Accordingly, visitors to the site may use our services freely and anonymously, and the Website does not maintain any information regarding the user's personal data. The data necessary for the use of the Website is stored on the User’s computer or other internet-capable device in the browser program (so-called cookies).

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The operator of the Website (the Service Provider) and its owners assume no liability for any consequences resulting from the use of the service, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The use of the generated passwords is entirely at the User’s own risk. The Service Provider offers no guarantees regarding the operation, availability, security, or accuracy of the generated passwords.

4. Modification and Termination of the Service

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the service at any time, even without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify these GTC, and such modifications take effect immediately upon publication.

5. Copyright

All content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and other materials on the Website are the property of the Service Provider or are used with permission. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the content found on the Website is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These GTC and any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

Final Clause

Acceptance of these GTC is a prerequisite for the use of the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
